Concept, sculpted by the wind

An ambitious and innovative project

Through this concept, ideally sculpted by the wind, Pininfarina and Vmoto Soco Group have realized the vision of a new generation of electric vehicles, which also set the guidelines for other sustainable mobility projects. This is the first step towards the realization on an idea never before explored by any manufacturer in the field of urban mobility.

An aerodynamic style

Pininfarina has realized the concept design – characterized by an aerodynamic style and “wind-sculpted” shapes – aimed at increasing the performance of the two-wheeled electric vehicle. Pininfarina also worked on the creation of the stylistic personality by introducing some strongly characterizing elements such as the lighting system that become a “lighting brand signature” taking up the V of the Vmoto brand. Finally, the introduction of an additional external battery, integrated in the shapes, increases the driving range of the vehicle and further distinguishes its aesthetic character by giving it a more motorcycling look.

Beauty and high performance

The intuition of Vmoto Soco Group in this new generation of electric vehicle, was to add a valuable factor, a low aerodynamic drag coefficient that has positive incremental effects on the performance and driving range of an electric two-wheeled vehicle. Pininfarina has been identified as the qualified partner, thanks to its long experience in the field of aerodynamics, able to share the challenge: to combine beauty and elegance with low aerodynamic resistance and to optimize the airflows.
