Magic Village by Pininfarina is the latest addition to join the growing Magic Place by Pininfarina complex. Once complete, Magic Village will bring a luxury lodging option to the almost 500-acre mixed-use development, strategically located along the burgeoning tourist corridor off Florida’s Interstate 4, and a short distance from Disney World.

European touch in Central Florida
Led by Orlando-based Magic Development Group and designed by Pininfarina, the $250 million gated community complex—Magic Village—will feature over 400 time-share vacation townhouses ranging from 830 square meters, to 850 square meters. With full-service, hotel-like amenities, including a 24/7 concierge service and front desk, a full-service clubhouse, an on-site restaurant, a fully equipped fitness center, and a full-service pool, Magic Village brings a refined European aesthetic to Central Florida with the renowned Pininfarina design ethos that combines luxury, technology, art and sustainability.
Magic Village’s community-oriented residential complex is situated around a square layout. The exterior facade and terrace of each unit is indicative of Pininfarina’s renowned Italian aesthetic, defined by smooth lines and curves. A sculptural pergola heightens the ambiance of the frontal garden, leading to the main entrance of the houses. Special pathways serve as a simple wayfinding tool to guide residents through the complex.
