Pininfarina SPAare currently seeking for an energetic and highly-skilled Sales & Marketing Associatewith at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a commercial area of high value-added services, preferably design but also strategic marketing/advertising or strategic consulting. This position is for work in our Cambiano Office (TURIN- ITALY)for immediate employment in a hands-on and collaborative work environment.


Being part of the Sales & Marketing Team, the ideal candidate will be in charge to:

  • Draft detailed commercial offers and licensing agreements
  • Negotiate and close the terms of the agreements
  • Build and manage commercial relationships with both existing and prospective Clients across the full range of services.Quality-lead generation and new business development attitude.
  • Foster relationships with executive decision makers to achieve account revenue goals
  • help Clients navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex organizations and markets
  • manage your new business pipeline, providing accurate and timely reporting of all new project opportunities to the management and company’s stakeholders
  • achieve annual revenue contribution goals and new client acquisition targets
  • Liaison with the R&D and Design Team to develop comprehensive quotations and to identify the best design strategy applied to the Clients’ need
  • Market analysis, competitor’s analysis business intelligence and benchmarking leading to the identification of new business opportunities
  • Support and stimulate the development of co-branding activities with Clients
  • Working closely with the internal PR/Communication Team to define communication strategies (design awards, events, product launches) and related marketing materials

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Administration or equivalent field of study
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added services, preferably design, strategic marketing or strategic consulting
  • Experience in planning and implementing long terms sales strategy. Technical sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead the strategy for a new client opportunity and lead the meetings when it happens
  • Marketing skills – commercial skills – financial skill
  • Brilliant personality with strong communication, customer relationship and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and methodical personality
  • Result-oriented. Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent team work attitude
  • Passion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies and new media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be willing to travel, including international trips

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience dealing with industrial design, design strategy, product development
  • Marketing understanding and experience
  • Project management understanding and experience
