About Design Services – Industrial
The landscape of services involves end to end product development offerings right from product conceptualisation phase all the way limited edition production/prototyping.
The range of services will include: industrial design (electronics, sporting goods, furniture, equipment and machinery, consumer products, graphic design and packaging).
Main Purpose of the Role
To develop Pininfarina’s leading Design capability in the Industrial sector in China, with a clear focus on incremental growth and profitability, with a strong focus on people leadership and CxO level engagement externally and internally. This is a new business role with aggressive growth vision.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for generating new business.
Plan, build, & implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for the region. Meet and overachieve sales/revenue & profitability targets.
Develop and implement the strategy to meet growth targets including assisting with putting the building blocks as necessary. Areas to growth horizontally and vertically in the account.
Manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
Develop and implement account strategy, in line with Pininfarina initiatives.
Meet all account KPIs including growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the development of solutions to drive innovation and profitability.
Ensure adherence to company and client-defined standards and commercial procedures.
Accurately forecasts & achieve annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and monitors the growth.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through relationship, proposals and presentations.
Gather information related to market dynamics, competitors positioning and any new developments in the market.
