Lucia Morselli, born on July 9, 1956, in Modena, Italy, graduated summa cum laude in Mathematics from Pisa University in 1979 and obtained a Ph.D. in High Mathematics at Sapienza University in Rome, an MBA at Turin University and a Master's degree in Public Administration at Bocconi University of Milan. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries.
Her professional experiences include director positions at Telecom Italia Spa, where she concurrently chaired the Related Parties Committee and served on the Audit and Risk Committee, at Sisal Spa as an Audit Committee member and Nomination Committee member, at Essilor-Luxottica in Paris where she also chaired the Audit Committee, and at Snam Spa, where she served on the Audit Committee and Sustainability Committee. She also has been director and member of Risk Committee of Atlantia and director and member of Risk Committee of STMicroelectronics in Amsterdam. She was director of Snam Foudation and Vice Chairman of Federacciai. She has been also board director of Dharamtar Harbour in Mumbai.
She covered also several position as CEO in different industries like telecommunications, shipping, food mechanics and steel.
Silvio Pietro Angori has been CEO of the Pininfarina Group since April 2009. He led the Company through an important reorganization operation, positioning the Pininfarina brand as a leader in international design. Also thanks to this result, he was assigned the Eurostar 2018 Award as top manager in the automotive sector.
Before joining Pininfarina in January 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, he was from 1994 to 2007 at ArvinMeritor, a leading company in the supply of automotive components and solutions. As General Manager of Meritor, Silvio has created one of the largest business units in the world dedicated to controlling commercial vehicle emissions.
Previously, Silvio worked for 4 years at the Fiat Auto Research Service Center. He was also a researcher in the field of aerodynamics in Agusta Westland Helicopters, a company of worldwide renown in the aeronautical field.
Silvio holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business of the Chicago University and a degree in Theoretical Physics from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome.
He is a member of various business associations and their Executive Committees.
In addition to design and management, Silvio has a great love for reading: philosophy, natural sciences, poetry, and visual arts. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Indice dei Libri del Mese » (Index of Books of the Month), the oldest and most prestigious independent literature magazine. He loves classical music and jazz, he is attracted by every form of art and by the thousand ways in which individuals express their talent.
Roberta Miniotti is the Chief Financial Officer of Pininfarina and oversees the financial activities of the Pininfarina Group.
At Pininfarina since 2007, before becoming SVP Finance, Roberta Miniotti held the role of accounting and tax manager. Over the years, she has been responsible for the preparation and presentation of the consolidated financial statements of the Pininfarina Group and for the reporting package of the Tech Mahindra Group. Roberta also managed the coordination of the tax audit, relations with financial institutions and supported the extraordinary transactions.
Previously, Roberta worked at Michelin Italiana Spa, always as accounting and tax manager. Before the beginning of her career, Roberta obtained the Business Administration and Finance Diploma from the SAA – School of Management.
In her free time, Roberta is dedicated to fit walking and theatre.
Roberto is the Director of Human Resources and Organization of the Pininfarina Group. With this role he accompanied the company through a delicate phase: its transition from a family-run business to a multinational company, its transformation from a predominantly production company to a service company and its internationalization.
Roberto began his managerial career as Personnel Manager in a multinational of precision mechanics, at the end a short internship at a law firm specialized in labor law.
He then joined Pininfarina as Industrial Relations Manager, during a period of great intensity in labor relations. He immediately dealt with personnel problems, developing innovative agreements and managing relationships.
Always interested in people in organizations, he is also President of the Italian Association for Personnel Management of the Piedmont Group and National Vice President.
He is a member of various business associations and holds positions within them.
Roberto is also the author of publications on human resources. He currently works at the University of Turin, Faculty of Political Science, as part of the Master in Human Resources of which he is a member of the Scientific Committee. He also collaborates with the IUSTO Faculty of Psychology.
Roberto graduated from classical high school and has a Law Degree. He loves history and politics, classic letters, skiing, the mountains and travels.
Giuseppe Bonollo is Sales and Marketing Director of the Pininfarina Group starting from February 2018. He has consolidated his career in the automotive field carrying out marketing, strategic planning and product development assignments. Giuseppe has also gained experience in different commercial areas.
He was Global Marketing Director at Technogym for about 3 years. Previously, he was one of the protagonists of the NTV-Italo adventure – the first private railway operator in High Speed. He worked for 6 years in this start-up, holding the positions of Commercial Director and Marketing and Promotion Director.
Giuseppe was Senior Vice President of Product Portfolio Management for all the automotive brands of the Fiat Group for 3 years. He was responsible for the Product Range Plan and the marketing of the new models, including the Fiat 500. He was also assigned the responsibility for institutional relations in the ACEA Joint Committee.
He followed the launch of the Blue & Me info-telematics platform, winner of the 2006 Automotive News Europe Eurostars award.
Giuseppe has been at Ferrari for 11 years. He has had both positions as Marketing Director and Product Strategy Director at Ferrari and Maserati.
Before a brief experience in the after-sales sector of BMW Italy, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at the Bocconi University in Milan.

Marco Busi is Senior Vice President Operations and PMO at Pininfarina.
After graduating in mechanical engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Marco Busi has accrued more than twenty years of career in major multinational companies, in the fields of industrial automation, automotive and energy. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in top management roles in, Europe, the Americas and the Far East. Before joining Pininfarina, he held the role of Head of Project Management Office in Snam and before that he held several roles of increasing responsibility in Comau. He speaks fluent Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish and Romanian. Among his greatest passions are piano, reading, cooking and volleyball.
With a 20-year career in automotive design, Felix most recently held the role of Head of Exterior Design at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where he was responsible for the design development of the brand’s product range since 2017, leading a team of creatives in Munich, Germany and Goodwood, UK. Previously, Felix held senior design positions at Renault, Nissan, Fiat and also Pininfarina, where he was a lead designer from 2011 to 2014.
Born in Austria 44 years ago, his creative journey has taken him to France, Japan, Italy and Germany. He began his long and distinguished international career after completing Masters in Transportation Design (Strate College, France) and Industrial Design (UAID, Austria). In 2003, he started as exterior designer at Renault Design, where he went on to hold positions in various studios until 2011, focusing on advanced and production designs. From 2008 to 2010, he joined Nissan Global Design Center in Atsugi, Japan, as part of an exchange within the Renault-Nissan Alliance, working on concepts for Nissan and Infiniti brands.
In 2011, he joined the Pininfarina design center in Cambiano, Torino, as team leader for automotive exterior design development. Among other projects, he led the design process and exterior styling for BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé concept, unveiled at Villa D’Este 2013. His design adventure continued at FIAT Centro Stile in Turin, with a new challenge: from 2014 to 2017, Felix worked as exterior chief designer responsible for the exterior design development of Fiat brand passenger vehicles.
Starting from his days in academia, with an engineering and architecture degree in 2008, and in prominent professional experiences before and after (MIT Senseable City Lab as Research Affilate, 2009; and Carlo Ratti Associati, initially as designer and PM and then as CEO in 2017), Giovanni’s views on melding innovation with design and architecture have been the leitmotiv which also has brought into Pininfarina, after being appointed Senior Vice President of Architecture in 2019.
His research work and proximity to Academic Institutions, as lecturer and speaker, allows him to drive his team to be at the forefront of architectural innovation.
With a business approach honed by his international project management experience and an MBA in 2014, Giovanni is at the helm of the Architecture division to expand the company’s range of activities in design and architecture, reinterpreting the company’s philosophy and proposing a new perspective that equates impact with the combination of beauty and technology.
Guglielmo Cartia is the head of the Design Manager Team. His assignment consists of coordinating the responsible for the projects for the Business Unit Design.
In Pininfarina since 1985, he held various positions within the Design. He started his career as a Designer, and later he became first Design Manager and then Design Vice Director.
Guglielmo has participated in many successful projects, including one for the Maserati Quattroporte – the start of a new generation for the Trident house.
He is often away on business. He made many trips to China to pursue various projects, following the recent growth in this area.
Guglielmo has always lived intensely the passion for design and for cars: he obtained a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin and, for a short time, he was a racing driver.

Claudio Da Soller is General Manager of Pininfarina America.
Claudio has spent the last 15 years of his career in companies such as Philips, Viking Range and General Electric, specializing in business development in the premium and luxury consumer products segment across Europe and the United States. Before joining Pininfarina, he was the Head of Marketing at the GE home appliances’ division for the EMEA area.
At a young age, Claudio was selected as an officer of the Carabinieri Corps with the task of leading the military logistics department of the prestigious XIII Regiment Friuli-Venezia Giulia, which is specialized in the complex organization of Italian peacekeeping operations abroad. The military experience has allowed him to master a solid discipline and sense of duty that he applies in everyday work. He loves to combine creative and innovative solutions into practical results. Passionate about marketing and especially about Malcom Gladwell’s books, his favorite motto is “Carpe diem”.
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Udine, Claudio then earned an MBA cum laude from the Hult International Business School in Boston, with a specialization in Marketing.
In his spare time, he loves sports and traveling. He has coached children’s soccer teams for several years and holds various roles in volunteering organizations, in addition to founding two no profit associations. Not even twenty years old, Claudio received the “Fair Play” Panathlon award for exceptional sporting and educational merits.
President of the Carabinieri Association in Florida, he is also a member of the Board of the South-East Italian-American Chamber of Commerce in Miami.
Paolo Trevisan is Head of Design and Architecture of Pininfarina America. He has been in Miami since 2004, with the task of creating a multidisciplinary design team in the United States. He works closely with Italy, in particular with President Paolo Pininfarina. He is responsible for managing and delivering projects for the American continent.
In almost twenty years of experience in the company, he has managed over 100 projects that have won important international awards, including: the German Design Award 2017 for the Vitra, a skyscraper located in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brazil; the iF Design Award 2016 for the Cyrela tower in San Paolo; the Good Design Award for the Coca-Cola Freestyle® beverage dispenser.
In his spare time he likes to walk the streets of Miami on his Ducati or to be in the company of his wife, his 3 sons and his dog.
Samuele Sordi is Chief Architect Officer at Pininfarina of America. He joined Pininfarina in 2013, creating numerous residential and commercial projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Many of the works he managed with his team have received notable awards, such as the Vitra residential tower (American Architecture Award 2015), the Cyrela tower by Pininfarina in San Paolo (iF Design Award) and the control tower for the new Istanbul airport (International Architecture Award 2016).
Previously, he worked for the Italian subsidiary of Zaha Hadid Architect and for Archea Associati.
Member of the Order of Architects since 2006, he graduated with honors from the University of Florence, where he held an academic position for five years.
Periodically invited by various universities and in events dedicated to design in Italy, North Africa and China to discuss the most important contemporary issues.
Samuele is also one of the founders of MlabArchitects, where he developed a wide range of projects and participated in prestigious international competitions – including the tender for the restoration of Livorno Water Customs, winning the first prize in 2009.
His philosophy tries to combine stimuli coming from different design specializations – car, product, UX or UI – favoring a holistic approach for a human-oriented design.

Christian Krinner joined Pininfarina Deutschland GmbH in 2023 as Managing Director – Finance
He can draw on a wide range of experience in various industries. After being with Siemens and DZ-Bank, Christian started his career in the media sector at a Bertelsmann branch, then accompanied the IPO of Helkon Media AG, where he was responsible for controlling and established the group reporting. Subsequently, he was involved in the restructuring of Wittur Group where he was responsible for various strategic projects. After a detour into the PE world, Christian integrated Bovo Spa into the Papier-Mettler Group and led the company as CFO for four years before he successfully managed the carve-out of montratec GmbH as CFO for Rantum Capital. For Charterhouse Capital he managed projects for the CFO office at Bartec before he was called for the now successfully completed restructuring of CySa-Pak GmbH.
Christian studied at the University of Augusburg and THI Ingolstadt, where he graduated in business administration. He is fluent in German, English and Italian.
In his spare time Christian is keen on sports, interested in arts and chairing a NGO running day-care centers.
Michel Aleshin, in the role of Vice President for Technology and Innovation started his career as a simulation engineer and gradually developed his skills becoming in charge of complete vehicle development programs. Over the past 15 years, Michael gained extensive experience worldwide, both in companies providing engineering services as well as in EV start-ups within the automotive industry. Michael’s focus is to diversify Pininfarina’s service and customer portfolio, focusing on complete vehicle development projects, CAE, E/E and acquiring new customers, such as start-ups and scale-ups. Additionally, he will drive new technologies in the field of electric mobility and the use of artificial intelligence in engineering.
Sandra Dax, assuming the role of Vice President for Business Development at Pininfarina Deutschland, brings a wealth of experience to the position. Having completed her business administration studies at Landshut University of Applied Sciences, Sandra initiated her career at BMW in Munich, holding diverse management positions in Finance, Strategy, Sales, and Business Development across Germany, Austria, Italy, and globally. In November 2020, she transitioned to SAP SE as Global VP - Business Development Automotive and Industrial Machinery and Components. Since May 2021, Sandra has served as Co-Founder/Co-CEO of AnAttitude, specializing in digitalization, new business models, and automotive transformation. Sandra Dax was on the Supervisory Board of AUTODOC from August 2021 until September 2022. She was then appointed Co-CEO in October 2022 and moved back to the Supervisory Board as per hercontract in October 2023.

With the end of October 2023, architect Hanqing Li took on the role of General Manager.
Before joining Pininfarina, Mr. Hanqing Li combines extensive experience in the world of design and engineering, has been taking increasingly responsible positions as Branch Manager, China Regional Sales Director and General manager in both Italian and Chinese markets within sector-leading companies.
Over the years, he focused on combining creative talents and innovative technology to achieve solid and stable goals in the field of automotive, industry business, innovated new mobility and lifestyle experience, aiming to create better life for people through design.
Mr. Li boasts a profound understanding of the Italian context, having studied from Politecnico di Torino and graduated in double degree of management and architecture.
Matteo Fioravanti, architect and designer is the new Senior Vice President Design in Pininfarina Shanghai. He brings extensive experience in the world of design, initially in Italy and more recently in China. He covered the role of Design Director and worked for important automotive brands such as Ferrari, Toyota, Alfa Romeo e Lancia. Before moving to China, he was the design director of Fioravanti srl, renewed company in car design. The entire creative structure of the company will report to him.
