MIPIM 2024 - Pininfarina unveils new ventures in the fields of construction and branded real estate

Cannes, March 11, 2024 - Pininfarina, with its architectural and product design division, will take part in MIPIM 2024, the world's leading international real estate conference which will be held at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes, France from 12th to 15th March 2024. With a dedicated booth located in Riviera 7, Pininfarina will showcase two standouts projects that tangibly represent its continuous research for excellence in real estate and technological innovation in construction.

ICONIC TOWER DESIGN BY PININFARINA

ICONIC Tower design by Pininfarina, the first branded residence scheme by the firm in the Middle East, developed by Mered, renowned international real estate developer. The project confirms Pininfarina as the leading design house in the field of non-hotelier branded real estate, with more than 25 schemes active globally.

Redefining luxury

The ICONIC Tower will represent a fusion of Mered’s innovative approach to real estate and Pininfarina’s legendary design ethos. Situated in Dubai Internet City, the ultra-luxurious development aims to redefine Dubai’s living standards, offering 311 exclusive apartments equipped with world-class amenities including spas, infinity pools, and retail outlets. Notch design by Pininfarina presents a reimagined version of Trimo’s Qbiss, offering a compelling alternative to conventional built-up walls. This high quality, modular prefabricated system adapts flexibly to diverse needs and situations, customizing it through three key components: versatile vertical panel cuts, a unique graphic alphabet of curves and glyphs, and a “wing” modular plugin for decoration and illumination. This innovative system not only enhances the architectural aesthetic but also highlights the vertical thrust, showcasing Trimo’s engineering prowess and Pininfarina’s design flair.
