At MIPIM 2025, held from March 10 to 14 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, Pininfarina participated with its own stand located in Pavilion Riviera 7, stand R7.D33.

The company presented the "Iconic Residences Design by Pininfarina" project, an innovative proposal in the luxury residential sector that represents a fusion between Mered's innovative approach in real estate and Pininfarina's iconic design philosophy, offering exclusive apartments equipped with world-class amenities, including spas, infinity pools, and commercial spaces.

Additionally, Pininfarina showcased other residential design projects, such as "Cyrela Design by Pininfarina" and "Yachthouse Design by Pininfarina," emphasizing its role as a leader in the luxury real estate sector.
