Responsibilities
Work with leading of team leader. Reporting to team leader and support to manage the project status, cost, plan, scope, and change management;
During planning phase, coordinate with Sales, Design and Engineering departments in defining the project details;
Supporting the Sale department in estimating project planning resources and costs related to the RFQ to define quotation contents;
Define team members’ responsibilities and ensure that every member is completing their tasks on time;
Keep close communication with Clients during the entire project process, to facilitate the information flow;
Manage the technical communication with the company suppliers involved in the project;
Coordinate with Sales and Design departments in reporting regularly on progress to the client;
Execute and track the project schedule, plan and risk management;
Keep track of the cost of the project and report to project director;
Revise the project process and system to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
Requirements
Mechanical / Automotive Engineering background;
Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English;
Experience in automotive R&D/ Engineering highly preferred;
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills;
Strong personality, good leadership;
Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability;
Great attention to detail;
Good communication and negotiation skills, team-spirit.
