1 - Strategic Definition
Identify client’s business case and strategic brief and other core project requirements.
Initial considerations for assembling the project team.
Establish Project Programme Developing Project Objectives, including Quality Objectives and Sustainability Aspirations, Project Budget, other parameters or constraints and undertake Feasibility Studies and review of Site Information.

2 - Preparation and Brief
Provide a deep analysis of the final target of the project. Identify the partnership keywords: common values between Pininfarina and our client are enhanced and translated into the project as its keystone.

3 - Conceptual Design
Identifying the Project Keywords through reference images and moodboards, review the general layout and refine detail planning. Conduct a functional analysis of the internal distribution and of the external skin and provide volumetric studies and axonometric diagrams.
Realize alternative concept proposals and moodboards.

4 - Schematic Design
Selection of the favorite design proposal and final perspectives renderings with detailed elements of the façade/exterior design.
This phase includes: conceptual landscape design, first Interior design views, full development of the schematic design technical drawings (plans, elevation and sections – aimed at the submission to the Municipality), elevations and sections, first studies of colors & materials for the exteriors and façades and technical analysis of the Lighting Design for exteriors and interiors.

5 - Detailed Design
Complete development of all architectural details of the building.
Complete review of all the aspects related to possible interferences between structural and MEP elements and the architectural ones.
Final construction costs review and tender documents preparation.

6 - Assistance to Construction Documents and Management
Art direction to control execution follows original concept
Support to the construction administration and management al along the construction works on site.

7 - Hand-over and Inauguration
Support and participation to the launch and press conference.
