Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts, construction documents, and material research.
Document projects for construction, permitting, and presentation purposes.
Assist with project logistics, scheduling, and coordination of design elements with consultants and stakeholders.
Prepare and develop visual presentations, including imagery, sketches, and technical documentation.
Ensure coordination of project documents with internal teams and external consultants.
Attending project meetings, contributing to discussions, and documenting progress.
Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Track project timelines using Resource Management by Smartsheet.
Other related tasks as needed to support project and company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited architecture program.
0-2 years of experience as a Design Architect or Architectural Intern, preferably in an international setting.
Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and aesthetic abilities.
Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhinoceros and Grasshopper) and rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion).
Knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD; strong Revit experience is a plus.
Exceptional graphic design and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by innovative and creative architecture.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Proficiency in the following software is required:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
AutoCAD
Rhino
Revit
V-Ray or other real-time rendering software (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion)
