Job Summary:
Pininfarina of America is seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) Manager who will oversee organizational project management activities with the goal of optimizing efficiency, increasing visibility, and standardizing execution to ensure project success across the organization. The PMO aligns the project portfolio with business strategy and objectives while establishing standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
The PMO Manager oversees project management at the organizational level and works closely with respective vertical project managers, who focus on executing individual projects. Additionally, they perform enterprise-wide resource capacity planning and allocation across multiple projects.
In this role, the PMO Manager also supervises and manages subcontractor selection and agreements, including coordinating invoicing, payments, cost assessments, and financial recording in collaboration with the finance and administration department.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develops project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
· Supervises the creation and maintenance of project documentation, archives, and databases.
· Monitors project risks and performance using dashboards and metrics.
· Generates project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
· Works closely with Financial Analysts to produce financial reporting for projects/programs and performs analyses to support forecasts, budgets, and operational improvements.
· Ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
· Analyzes the project portfolio and resource capacity planning (workload).
· Drives continuous improvements in project, program, and portfolio delivery.
· Leads the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes, facilitating change management and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Promotes organization-wide adoption of project management standards and best practices.
· On a project-by-project basis, liaises with the commercial team and supports the preparation of commercial proposals.
· Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
· Works closely with the administration and finance department for scheduling invoicing, obtaining payments, and managing administrative matters related to clients and project vendors.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, PMO functions, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
· Experience in change management and facilitating the adoption of new project management methodologies and tools.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience using Smartsheet and Resource Management software for project tracking and reporting.
· Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Experience in financial reporting and resource capacity planning.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
· Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
